The Love of Peter for Jesus
Matthew 17:4 Then answered Peter, and said unto Jesus, Lord, it is
good for us to be here: if thou wilt, let us make here three tabernacles;
one for thee, and one for Moses, and one for Elias.
John 13:37 Peter said unto him, Lord, why cannot I follow thee now? I
will lay down my life for thy sake.
John 18:10 Then Simon Peter having a sword drew it, and smote the
high priest's servant, and cut off his right ear. The servant's name was
Malchus.
John 20:3-6 Peter therefore went forth, and that other disciple, and
came to the sepulchre. So they ran both together: and the other disciple did
outrun Peter, and came first to the sepulchre. And he stooping down, and
looking in, saw the linen clothes lying; yet went he not in. Then cometh
Simon Peter following him, and went into the sepulchre, and seeth the linen
clothes lie,
John 21:7 Therefore that disciple whom Jesus loved saith unto Peter,
It is the Lord. Now when Simon Peter heard that it was the Lord, he girt
his fisher's coat unto him, (for he was naked,) and did cast
himself into the sea.
