Shebuel in the Bible Encyclopedia - ISBE
she-bu'-el, sheb'-u-el (shebhu'el; Soubael):
(1) A son of Gershom and grandson of Moses (1 Ch 23:16). He
was "ruler over the treasures" (1 Ch 26:24). In 1 Ch 24:20 he
is called "Shubael," which is probably the original form of
the name (see Gray, HPN, 310).
(2) A son of Heman (1 Ch 25:4), called in 1 Ch 25:20 "Shubael"
(Septuagint as in 25:4).
