Samuel (Hebrew: שְׁמוּאֵל, Modern Shmu'el Tiberian Šəmûʼēl; Greek: Σαμουηλ Samouēl; Latin: Samuel; Arabic: شموئيل Šomoʼel) is a leader of ancient Israel in the Book(s) of Samuel in the Hebrew Bible.
