Enoch in Wikipedia

(from Hebrew: חֲנוֹךְ, Modern H̱anokh Tiberian Ḥănôḵ; Greek: Ενώχ, Enōkh; Arabic Name:اخنوخ, "initiated, dedicated, disciplined") is a Hebrew name. Hanoch is related to the Hebrew word "chinuch", meaning: enlightenment, wisdom, spirituality.[citation needed] The Book of Enoch, which formed part of the Dead Sea Scrolls collection presents itself as being written by Enoch.
