CLEOPATRA BERENICE 81-80 B.C. PTOLEMAIC DYNASTY Cleopatra Berenice was the daughter of Lathyros (Ptolemy IX Soter II) and was married to Ptolemy X Alexander I. After the death of Alexander, she ruled for about one year alone. She was forced to marry her much younger stepson (or possible son).
