Cephisodŏtus in Harpers Dictionary of Classical Antiquities
(Κηφισόδοτος). A statuary of Athens, who flourished about B.C. 372. Two works of his are spoken of by the ancients-a Hermes nourishing Dionysus when an infant, and one of a public speaker in the act of delivering an oration.
