What is Gabbatha?
GAB'BATHA
(platform), the place of Pilate's judgment-seat; called also "the pavement." John 19:13. The judgment-hall was the Praetorium, on the western hill of Jerusalem, and the pavement, or Gabbatha, was a tesselated pavement outside the hall.
