What is Caul?
        CAUL
     Isa 3:18. The attire of the head, made of net-work and ornamented. In Hos 13:8 the word "caul" denotes the pericardium, or membranous bag which encloses the heart. This word in the Pentateuch denotes one of the viscera, probably the great lobe of the liver.
