job 36:15 He delivereth the poor in his affliction, and openeth their ears in oppression.

openeth . . . ears-- (Job 36:10); so as to be admonished in their straits ("oppression") to seek God penitently, and so be "delivered" (Job 33:16, 17, 23-27).
