	Egyptian Prostration

	Bowing to Superior
	As a salutation custom it was shown on Egyptian paintings that ancient Egyptians bows down to their superiors. This was done by dropping their arms to the ground and bowing or standing respectfully with the right hand resting on left shoulder.
