What is the Fullers field?
        FUL'LERS' FIELD
, a spot close to the walls of Jerusalem, 2 Kgs 18:17, 2 Kgs 18:26; Isa 36:2; 1 Kgs 7:3. One resort of the fullers appears to have been En-rogel, below and south-east of Jerusalem, but the place where Rabshakeh stood was probably on the north of the city, or perhaps near the Jaffa gate, at the upper Gihon pool, where fullers now whiten their garments.
