What is a Chancellor?
        CHAN'CELLOR
     The word occurs in Ezr 4:8, 2 Sam 21:17 as the translation, of the Hebrew lord of counsel - i.e. counsellor, royal prefect - the office held by Rehum, who was the Persian governor in Samaria at the time.
