Search suggestions: (Searches are NOT case sensitive) It would be a good idea to learn this!
- For Title searches, for example lets say you are looking for the Mask of Tutankhamen image; try using a word that you think will be in the title of what you are looking for such as Mask or Tutankhamen. If your not sure of the spelling you can use tut* etc. You don't need quotes or caps. If you type Mask AND Tutankhamen both words must be in the title or description. If you type Mask OR Tutankhamen then it searches for either word. Inserting a comma is like typing OR.
- For Description searches, try thinking of something that would describe what you are looking for. An example for the Mask of Tutankhamen would be something like 'coffin' 'Thebes' or '18th Dynasty'. Remember the words don't have to be in order if you insert an OR in-between them. You can also insert a comma.
This search tool contains all of the advanced wildcards, operators, and modifiers. At this point I do not feel it is necessary to explain all of them. If you must know you can visit www.verity.com
